The Small Wonder Labs Euro RockMite 40 in building progress. It first worked on june 5th, 2005. Look at the size of the BNC connector! This is what you call a minimalistic radio. After a nice ragchew qso, the final transistor is getting really hot and smells like new warm radio! Isn't that great? Unbeatable fun factor ever seen on a radio!

In its strong housing, I decided to call the radio RockSolid-Mite..... It can be thrown out of the shack window after a lost QSO, with no harm done to the radio. Rugged huh?

Final overview of enclosure. The finishing touch was done by the engraving! It looks awesome in its rugged aluminium enclosure, ready for a pocket in my backpack!

A lot of attention is paid on the drilling job. The screws do not come out of the enclosure surface. That makes it feel very smooth, and screws will not damage a nylon backpack.
